Over the last year, the Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) Project Management and Portfolio Improvement Office assisted with the planning, design and implementation of a shared ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û (×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û) Human Resources delivery model while also implementing several strategic technology changes necessary to gain efficiencies and refine business processes.
ET&S was part of a cross-functional team sourced from all ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û campuses that included staff from Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and Finance (former BSCs). This team restructured HR to develop consistent business processes to replace departmental and campus-specific models.
The first phase of the ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û Enhanced Human Resources Model (EHRM) rolled out in July 2021 with the creation of a new HR Shared Services Team. Beginning with a pilot at the University of New Hampshire and support of limited workflows from Plymouth State University, these enhanced HR services will eventually be introduced system-wide.
The restructuring also maintains on-campus HR support in conjunction with the Shared Services teams to consult on strategic initiatives, professional development and employee relations.
