In February 2023, the Enterprise Advancement IT team assisted with implementing GiveCampus, a third-party online giving platform focusing on a streamlined donor experience for day-to-day donations and large-scale fundraising campaigns. This project encompassed creating giving forms and campaigns for UNH and integration between GiveCampus and Trax, a cloud-based retail management solution, bringing all revenue transactions from the third-party system into the UNH Advancement CRM system.
The GiveCampus implementation helps seamlessly and efficiently transfer gifts made on the platform to Trax for batch revenue processing and creates a better overall fundraising and donor experience for UNH. It positively impacts UNH Advancement, thousands of donors interacting with the online giving experience, and many UNH departments. The expected benefit to ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û is increased fundraising dollars and the number of donors.
