C. Authority of the ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û Treasurer and Secretary
- The Board of Trustees authorizes the Treasurer of the ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û to execute all contracts, leases, grants, deeds, negotiable instruments, and any other legal documents whatsoever on behalf of the ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û and each of its component institutions.
- The Board of Trustees authorizes the Secretary of the ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û to hold and maintain the seal, minute books, and official records of the ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û and its component institutions and to issue certificates with respect to those minute books and official records and to affix the seal to such certificates.
