These contracts are typically competitively bid, include pricing discounts, and include negotiated favorableÌýterms; they can be used to streamline the procurement process for items when an existing ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û contract is not available to cover a procurement need.Ìý
