These Bylaws are adopted by the ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û ("×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û") Board of Trustees ("Board") pursuant to the authority granted in the legislative corporate charter codified at , and shall govern the proceedings and actions of the Board.
