The Cybersecurity Committee’s primary purpose shall be to act on behalf of the ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û Board in fulfilling the Board’s cybersecurity oversight responsibilities with respect to ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û’s information technology use and data protection. The operation of the Committee shall be subject to the Bylaws of the ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û.
