Teaching & Learning Technologies (TLT) develops, integrates, and supports enterprise-scale academic technology services. We focusÌýon the effective application of information technology to the teaching, learning, research, and outreach efforts of each ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹ûÌýinstitution. We foster collaborative partnerships that advance the integration of information technology in teaching and learning and provide support and access to information technology resources for faculty and students.Ìý
Projects:
Academic Application Administration and User Support implements, configures, integrates, and manages an enterprise portfolio of tools that support teaching and learning including the Canvas learning management system, Kaltura media platform, Zoom web conferencing, clicker response systems, and other ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û or campus specific technologies. Support provided for all applications includes both technical support and troubleshooting as well as self-helpÌýdocumentation and self-paced or instructor ledÌýtraining to help faculty and students with how and when to use the different tools available to them.ÌýÌý
