Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) is helping the ×î¿ì¿ª½±Ö±²¥½ÁÖé½á¹û meet new employee screening requirements established by the state in response to COVID-19.
This screening includes asking employees mandatory questions each day, as well as documenting their temperatures daily before they report to work.
ET&S is using the University of New Hampshire Chemical Environmental Management System (UNHCEMS) software tool to meet the state requirements and ensure the health and safety of the workforce.
UNHCEMS allows administrators to build custom forms. In this case, ET&S built the Employee Attestation Form, allowing UNH employees to complete their screenings daily before entering buildings on campus.
The form has built-in workflow and email alerts to ensure administrators follow up with employees who may have been exposed to COVID-19.Â
In addition to complying with legal obligations, this reporting will allow contact tracers to use the collected data to help reduce the spread of the virus in the community if needed.
ET&S is also sharing this form with all other colleges and universities that use UNHCEMS to help them comply with their screening obligations.Â
