This week’s Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) Tech Briefing includes updates, training opportunities, new information on upcoming changes to Webcat, and reminders.
Changes to Webcat (New)
To Know: Starting Monday, March 7, Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) will make two changes to Personal Information in Webcat that will impact UNH students:
- Students can update their permanent address online using Webcat instead of a paper form.
- The preferred name function in WebCat is being updated to simplify entry. All preferred names will now be substituted for legal names based on the information listed on the website. For more info, go to .

Box Migration (Update)
To Know: ET&S is currently migrating volunteer departments and individuals. We are still accepting volunteers who would like to move. ET&S will offer virtual office hours to answer questions starting on March
Here are the updated statistics:
- 64% of faculty and staff are moved
- 20% of all data moved
- 3,195 accounts left to migrate
- 349 TB left to migration
- 3682 out of 9050 Faculty/Staff/groups and 88TB moved prior to December 2021
