In October 2021, Enterprise Technology & Services launched a new embedded offline chat feature using on the Granite State College (GSC) website that allows students and prospective students to communicate with advisors during non-business hours.
Students enter details into the interface, and a case is automatically created in Salesforce. The next business day, an advisor is tasked to review these cases and reaches out to the student to answer their questions. This application benefits students by providing them with 24/7/365 advisory support.
