ET&S to Uninstall Box Drive and Sync Starting April 3

To Know: Starting the week of April 3,ET&S Desktop Support will auto-uninstall Box Drive and Box Sync from users' computers.

To Do: If you still use Box Drive or Box Sync, please back up anything added or edited within the last 6Ìýmonths to Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint before Monday, April 3.

ET&S to Remove Box Access Starting May 19

To Know: ET&S will begin removing access to Box for all users on May 19. After access is removed, users will no longer have access to UNH Box files and data. Report schedulers and link users should continue working with ET&S to migrate all data.

Classroom Technology TipÌý
To Know: Over the last few years, Learning Space Technologies refreshed all Registrar-controlled classrooms at UNH to the current standard HDMI digital signal cables to connect laptops and permanently installed machines to audio-visual systems. All laptop manufacturers transitioned to USB-C ports for charging and data transfer (video, audio, and external control signals). Many of these computers require a USB-C adapter to connect to HDMI, while others are equipped with an HDMI port and do not require an adapter.

To Do: If you need a USB-C adapter, LST .ÌýAs a reminder, connecting devices in this order is important: Connect cables to the adapter first, then connect the adapter to the laptop.ÌýÌý

Appointment Campaigns enable advisors to request that specific students select a specific date and time to schedule an appointment. This contrasts with the advisor creating appointments for each student.Ìý This feature is commonly used when an advisor must meet with all their students at least once per term.

LDT Virtual Office Hours –
