Cybermonth Tip of the Week: Strengthening Account Security with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To Know: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), sometimes called Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), adds an extra layer of security beyond just a password. Even if an attacker obtains your password, MFA requires a second form of verification—such as a code sent to your phone or generated by an authenticator app—making unauthorized access far less likely.

To Do: Enable MFA on all accounts and applications that support it to boost your security. This simple step can significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
